Liliana Tommasini is a member of the Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators (SCWBI) and the Canadian Society of Children's Authors, Illustrators and Performers (CANSCAIP).
She is the author of the award-winning children's picture book Octavia Can Do It!, the first book in a series written to empower children to make choices on their own and ask for help when needed.
Liliana is a wife, mother of two daughters and Nonna (Grandmother) of three grandchildren. She loves to play games, read stories, and bake with her grandchildren. Her passion for collecting cookbooks led her to write cookbook reviews for food blogs. She's also an avid reader of mystery and court thrillers and a knitting enthusiast.
She lives with her husband and their red golden retriever in the beautiful province of Quebec.
