Tamson Fadum Saksa
Tamson Fadum Saksa is the business owner of an eye clinic and graduated with honors from the College of St. Scholastica. She also holds advanced credentials as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and Clinical Nutrition Support Clinician (CNSC). She specializes in nutrition for patients in the intensive care units and in pediatric nutrition, and has worked in healthcare for many years. In addition, she has authored many nutrition education materials. Tamson seeks to spark children’s interest in not only nutrition, but also responsible care of the environment. She has two adult children and an English Springer Spaniel, and lives with her husband in Duluth, Minnesota on beautiful Lake Superior. This is her first children’s book.
