Dr. Cheryl L. Wozniak is a lifelong educator. In her 35 years working in K–12 education, she served as a teacher, principal, and district leader.
Her mission is to help create the conditions for all children and adults to feel seen, supported, and enough. Cheryl’s greatest teachers are the ones she comes home to—the members of her multigenerational family with whom she resides in Oakland, California. Her grandchildren, Carmelita and Luciano, remind her daily to slow down, stay curious, and delight in the magic of ordinary moments. Through their big feelings, bright imaginations, and open hearts, she has rediscovered her own inner child and the truth that all healing begins within.
