Lynn Ritchie
Lynn Ritchie is a former kindergarten teacher and elementary art instructor from the bayou state of Louisiana. She has taught hundreds of children to read their very first book and to paint magnificent masterpieces. With a love of words and paint in her back pocket, she has written and illustrated her first children’s picture book, Little Bear’s Gift of Time. To feed her creative soul, Lynn loves to work in her flower garden, but if it’s raining, you’ll find her in the kitchen cooking a pot of gumbo or jambalaya. She is married to her high school sweetheart, Jim. They have four grown children and seven grandchildren.
