Tony Bethel
Tony lives in Evanston, Illinois, and works at a facility that cares for those with developmental disabilities of all ages and backgrounds. He is the creator of the "Ms. Simba Series of Serious Subjects", of which "The Mixed Kid Kids Club" is the second book, following the bestselling "The Great Zebra Debate."
Tony is an alumnus of the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana, where he received a B.S. in Psychology and also studied Child and Developmental Psychology.
Tony went on a Safari to Kenya in 2024, and the animals he saw there inspired him to write this series. Tony’s desire is to see children accepted and included in classrooms worldwide, and joyfully.
