Jeanne Svobodny

Dr. Jeanne Dill Svobodny, an educator for over 50 years, has transitioned in retirement from the classroom into the world of storytelling.  In 2015, Jeanne wrote “It’s Too Soon to Quit:  A Story of Hope”, which describes her journey living with a panic disorder.   Recently, Jeanne has written her first children’s picture book, “Annie’s 4th of July”.  Her vision is SOW:  Serving Others Well by providing readers with hope.  Jeanne gets quiet inspiration from the beautiful bluffs along the Mississippi River in Minnesota.  Jeanne's blended family of six adult children, nine grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren add a personal touch to her stories.
